Pickett Plot
A Pickett plot is a visual representation of the Archie equation. It is a graphical technique for estimating the water saturation. A set of porosities and their corresponding resistivities taken from well logs and 2×4 cycle log-log paper are required. A Pickett plot also allows the estimation of the input parameters to the Archie equation.
