Developing Healthy Workplaces delves into the type of policy-making that leads an organization to better health and wellness. This course explores what wellness is, various types of wellness that affect a workplace, and wellness programs. Additionally, it discusses the different types of harm that employees are open to, ranging from physically hazardous issues covered by OSHA to stress and anxiety-fueled burnout. Two case studies ask the learner to apply their knowledge to real-life scenarios, and commentary videos from subject matter experts offer additional perspectives.
