The purpose of this unit is to give trainees a general understanding of performing safety checks on a forklift.
At the conclusion of this unit, trainees will have a basic understanding of tasks performed as part of a structural check of a forklift, tasks performed as part of a power system check of a forklift, and tasks that can be performed as part of an operational check of a forklift.
