Back Safety

The purpose of this unit is to provide trainees with a general understanding of how to minimize their chances of sustaining a back injury. At the conclusion of this unit, trainees will know how to maintain good posture as they go about their daily activities, how to safely lift and move loads, and how to perform some
simple exercises that are helpful in maintaining a healthy back.
