IHRDC’s Learning Pathways delivered in a Virtual Format include e-Learning, Virtual Mentored Learning (VML) and Virtual Courses (VC) and are specifically designed to build competencies among technicians, operators, and professionals. Provided below are IHRDC’s e-Learning Pathways from a variety of petroleum sectors: Operations & Maintenance and Upstream Technical. Focus areas include the four traditional O&M specialties: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Operations as well as the four Upstream Technical specialties: Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, and Petrophysics
