IHRDC’s Learning Pathways for Early Career personnel are specifically designed to build competencies among technicians, operators, and petrotechnical professionals who are early in their career development and work in a variety of petroleum sectors: Operations & Maintenance and Upstream Technical. Focus areas include the four traditional O&M specialties: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Operations as well as the four Upstream Technical specialties: Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, and Petrophysics.
