Kevin Rohan, founder and CEO of Rohan LLC, has more than 25 years of global Fortune 500-level experience in Change Management and leadership development, both as a practitioner and a teacher. His clients have included such global market leaders as Chevron, DuPont Chemicals, Caterpillar, Georgia Pacific and Nokia. He has successfully managed change projects totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars, with revenue gains or cost savings to his clients in the tens of millions. Kevin has also been a Senior Manager with Accenture and a senior member of its Human Performance Consulting Practice, helping to develop its course on e-Process and serving as a guest faculty member for management development courses. Before joining Accenture, Kevin headed an Operations Systems Development group for CKE Restaurants, a program office that evaluated and deployed more than 100 projects each year. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He has served on the Project Management Committee at the University of California at Irvine and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
