Mary T. Holland
Mary T. Holland is Manager of the Innovation and Development Group at IHRDC. Ms. Holland is a senior instructional designer with over 30 years experience in e-learning and technical communication program development in the biotech and engineering industries. In her role, she provides instructional design and project management support of various program initiatives including updates to e-Learning products, new course offerings and blended learning, and coordinates the work of the IDG team as a company-wide resource. Ms. Holland holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Merrimack College.
