Cerulean Incorporated, a Guyana corporate training and business consulting group, announced today that it has partnered with IHRDC, a Boston-based company, to deliver energy training and consulting services in Guyana in response to the country’s growing need to develop local oil and gas industry personnel to international competency standards.
