To our Customers,
Similar to each of you, we are concerned about the COVID- 19 pandemic. While the safety of our employees, customers and vendors is our primary concern, we want to inform you about the steps that we are taking to protect our operations to allow us to continue to provide the best learning and development solutions possible.
- We have requested that all employees that are able to do so to work from home.
- We have directed employees to cancel all non-essential travel and instead book meetings via Zoom or other remote conferencing tools for both internal meetings as well as with our customers.
- We are tracking updates from federal and state authorities in the many different countries of our operations and will follow all applicable guidance and restrictions to protect our employees and customers.
- Our sales and support teams are available and able to communicate through Zoom, by telephone and by email.
We do not presently believe there will be any effect on
IHRDC's ongoing ability to support its customers. If
assessment changes, we will provide prompt notice, including
the steps we will be taking to mitigate any impact. Please
feel free to reach out to me should you have any questions
about our ongoing operations.
